How To Use AI Routers For Intent Detection ?

To set up an AI router, follow these steps:

  1.  Add a trigger in the bot builder.
  2.  Add an AI router block.


Manage Intents:


3. Add various intents by providing an intent title and the corresponding root user.

4. Create roots for each intent.


Handling Unrecognized Intents:


5. If the AI router does not detect any intent, add a question block to ask the user to rephrase their question.

6. If the user's intent is not matched, send a message informing them that the team will contact them and assign the chat to an agent.


Final Steps:


7. Save and enable the bot to test the AI router.
