How To Create Team Members Or Chat Operators ?
Adding a New Team Member
- Navigate to Team members in the left-hand side menu.
- Click on Add new team member.
- Fill in the name and valid email ID of the new team member.
- Choose a password for them.
- Select the appropriate role for the new team member.
- Click on Save.
The team member will receive an email to verify their email address, enabling them to log in and access the platform.
