How to create Canned Replies and send them via Inbox
To create a Canned Reply, follow these steps:
- Go to the left-hand side menu and click on "Inbox."
- Select "Canned Replies," then click on "Add New Canned Reply."
- Choose the reply category (e.g., WhatsApp only).
- Enter a title (e.g., "Support") and choose a message type (e.g., buttons).
- Add a header (optional), body (compulsory), and footer (optional).
- Add button labels (e.g., "CRM Automations" and "Inbox").
- Optionally, save the reply as a custom field.
- Add additional messages with different message types (e.g., text).
- Click on "Save" to add the Canned Reply.
To use a Canned Reply in a live chat:
- Click on the first option in the live chat window.
- Select the Canned Reply title.
- The messages will be sent automatically.
