How to create Canned Replies and send them via Inbox

To create a Canned Reply, follow these steps:
  1.  Go to the left-hand side menu and click on "Inbox."
  2.  Select "Canned Replies," then click on "Add New Canned Reply."
  3.  Choose the reply category (e.g., WhatsApp only).
  4.  Enter a title (e.g., "Support") and choose a message type (e.g., buttons).
  5.  Add a header (optional), body (compulsory), and footer (optional).
  6.  Add button labels (e.g., "CRM Automations" and "Inbox").
  7.  Optionally, save the reply as a custom field.
  8.  Add additional messages with different message types (e.g., text).
  9.  Click on "Save" to add the Canned Reply.

To use a Canned Reply in a live chat:

  1.  Click on the first option in the live chat window.
  2.  Select the Canned Reply title.
  3.  The messages will be sent automatically.
