How to Send Test Messages And find out why messages are not delivering for WhatsApp API Channel ?
To send a text message:
- Go to Channels, click on the three dots, and select Send Test Message.
- Write the receiver's number and choose a template from the drop-down.
- Fill the variables and click on send message.
OR
- Click on Template Manager.
- Select the arrow icon beside the template.
- Enter the WhatsApp number, Fill in the variables.
- Click Send Message.
- A test message will be sent; check the message status under Response.

Useful when unable to send messages or messages not delivering.
