How to Generate Event Ticket / Unique QRs in Bulk and Send To Receivers Via Automations Builder ?
To import existing user data and sheets and send dynamic QR codes to users via automations, follow these steps:
1. In Automation Builder, set the trigger as a web hook and select a custom web hook.
2. Generate a hook and copy the URL.
3. In the app, create a new object, enter a title, and paste the web hook URL.
4. Click on the View icon in Automation Builder, capture the incoming web hook, and create a QR code for sample data.
5. Save the data received and add a basic router with a filter label (e.g., "ticket created").
6. Add a CRM block, select a channel, and choose a template.
7. Map the WhatsApp number from the data received by the web hook, and add an image (QR image) and body variable.
8. Save and enable the workflow.
9. Import a CSV file with data into the app, map the CSV data, and start the import.
10. Once the import is complete, messages will be sent via WhatsApp automatically to all users.
