How To Trigger Chatbot From Inbox ?
- Click on the "i" icon.
- Select the "Chatbot" option. (Ensure your channel has active chatbots.)
- Choose a chatbot and assign it to the user.
- If you click on "Assign," the bot will be triggered when the user sends an incoming message.
- If you click on "Assign and Trigger," the bot will be assigned to the user and triggered immediately.
