1. Set the trigger as a custom webhook, give it a title, and copy the URL.
2. In the calendars app, click on the edit icon and paste the URL.
3. Set the reminder trigger time in minutes and click on update.
4. Add a basic router and set up a filter for the desired time (e.g., 30 minutes).
5. Add a CRM block, select the channel and template, and map the WhatsApp number from the custom webhook.
6. Add another string, set up a filter for a different time (e.g., 60 minutes), and add another CRM send template message block.
7. Select the channel template and map all the variables.
