2. If you represent a company, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity.

Payments & Renewals

Subscription fees are charged on a pre-paid basis. Unless you cancel before the end of your billing cycle, subscriptions automatically renew. Accounts can be canceled via email or account settings.

Responsibility of Visitors

Clickchat.io does not endorse or guarantee all user-posted material. You are responsible for protecting yourself from harmful content. Our Services may contain offensive or inaccurate material, and we disclaim liability for harm caused by such content.

WhatsApp Business API

Clickchat.io is not owned or operated by WhatsApp Inc. We provide official WhatsApp Business API services for building bots and automations.

Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We may terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice. Provisions like ownership, warranties, indemnity, and liability survive termination.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a purpose. You use our Services at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Clickchat.io or its partners be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months.

General Representation & Warranty

You represent that your use of Services will comply with laws, will not infringe on third-party rights, and will follow our Privacy Policy.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clickchat.io and its affiliates against any claims arising out of your use of our Services, including violation of this Agreement.
